The concept: Funeral hats which veil the wearer, unless they are facing each other, in which case they open up. It is the synthesis of two ideas: wearable robots + robots as a companion species.

How it works: IR sensors in front of the hats detect each other when they are in close range. Motors move the veils open or closed.
